TMP - Traffic Management Plan:
A document describing the design, implementation, maintenance and removal of temporary traffic management (TTM) while the associated activity is being carried out within the road reserve or adjacent to and affecting the road reserve.
How do I load a TMP?
Via PermitMonitor – click View Permits from the DBYD console screen. Select the relevant job from the list, then open the Documents screen.
You will need to download each document first, then you can upload relevant response documents.
These can also be uploaded by the TTM Contact that you have nominated. They will use the CARPortal system available to them - a more limited version of PermitMonitor allowing this person to merely view the job details, as well as download and upload documents relating to this job.
