There are several ways to bring up permit requests:
Job Number Search
If you know the job number you want, enter it in the Job Number search bar at the left of the screen. The matching job number will be brought up on the Permit Request History table to the right. Click anywhere on the listing to bring up the permit:
If you wish to conduct a broader search, you can sort using the column headings on the Permit Request History table. A single click will sort the column in ascending order (lowest result at the top):
A second click will sort the column in descending order (highest result at the top):
Search Permit Requests Functions
If you do not know the job number or wish to search within a range of applications, you can search using one or a combination of the following categories:
Site Suburb: Enter a suburb name to bring up matching jobs.
Status: Select one or more statuses from the drop-down list to search jobs with those statuses.
Lodged Date Range: Enter two dates to bring up a list of jobs lodged within their timeframe.
Others: The list at the bottom provides numerous other options to supplement the search - check the relevant tick boxes to include those options in the search.
To remove filters, click the Clear button at the bottom right of the list:
