If you see a section has been marked as "Not Required" or greyed out, it means the road authority has decided they do not need you to provide that information for them to process the permit.
On the Documents screen, you are still able to provide documentation for sections with a status of Not Required if you feel it is relevant to your permit request:
If you disagree with a section being "Not Required", you can contact the road authority either via the Message section of PermitMonitor or using the contact details from your job confirmation sheet.
